We are a youth leader organization founded upon the idea of advocating and empowering youths and children around Zimbabwe.
Empowering children today helps to ensure a better future.
The act of empowering children is a process of guiding them to feel and believe that they are powerful now as well as creating optimum conditions that mirror back to them these concepts.
Empowerment means guiding your child in a manner that encourages their belief in their own abilities and potential for positive growth.
During their school years and when they move into adult life, children will need to rely on their inner strength and sense of self-belief to meet and overcome difficulties. Empowering children matters Children and youth are leaders today and will be the leaders of tomorrow. It's important that the caring adults in their lives help them to develop healthy self-esteem, confidence and resilience.
Our prinsiples and Approach
Our organization has two levels in it which are the school level of the organization and the community level of the organization
SCHOOL LEVEL
In order for CAAE to advocate for children and empower them at grassroots level our organization has opened school clubs at different schools around the country. . The school level helps us to identify students and children who are in desperate need of empowerment also it also identifies students who need to be advocated for this students maybe victims of child abuse, child labor, rape etc. . The school club will be headed by a fellow student as to create leaders of tomorrow and install leadership traits in them.
COMMUNITY LEVEL
To help the community at a larger scale is the main objective of this level. The community level is the main branch of the organization. The community level is responsible for inducting people in the organization help them out in the best way possible. The community level is also responsible for raising awareness campaigns towards different issues which affect the youth and children in different parts of the country. Furthermore the community level deals with victims of different illicit activities and help them to get back on track with life thus offering them counselling classes, rehab and empowerment opportunities.
BACKGROUND /
CAAE was founded on 27th August 2022. Upon its formation we managed to host different campaigns in Mazowe, Mufakose and Dzivarasekwa. We also donated groceries and clothing to victims of early child marriage in our societies. We’re paying school fees for 3 primary student who are less privileged.
THE ORGANIZATION AIMS /
- Empowering the youth to gain knowledge and skills they need to avoid risk or problem behaviors
- Developing positive coping skills and problem solving
- Providing a safe environment to learn a practice life skills
- Raising awareness of support available skills to access support
A word from Our Director
Through a tunnel of dark circumstances we have decided to empower some of the youth of our age by encouraging to take charge of their own lives .They do this by addressing their situation and then take action in order to improve their access resources and transform their consciousness through their beliefs ,values and attitudes. They is always a second chance for everyone who failed in life's battles .Failure is not an option and there is nothing like defeat in life until defeat has been accepted as reality .United we stand ,divided we fall otherwise we face desolations.
